Basler Trümmeli
The Basler "Trümmeli" were created in honour of the Basel Fasnacht. The historic Basel drum is one of the main protagonists and is used tirelessly during the Basel Fasnacht. The delicate truffle filling made of fresh cream and butter from the region is refined with a dash of Cointreau. The result is a long-lasting drum roll on the tongue. The Basel Trümmeli are available exclusively at Confiserie Bachmann and are therefore a very special greeting from Basel.
