The confectionery from Confisiere Bachmann is pure craftsmanship. The biscuit bases and the fillings are entirely handmade in our factory. The many small sweet morsels with the multi-coloured exterior taste exquisite with tea or coffee.

Butter, icing sugar, egg white, eggs, flour, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla, cocoa paste, barley mash extract, lemon cream, orange cream, raspberry jelly, sugar, pineapple, almonds, almond paste, apricot jam, hazelnuts, sultanas, rum, natural colouring, fondant (sugar, glucose, butter, cream).
