Our handmade truffles are produced in regularly but in small quantities according to the highest confectioner's art. Only the choicest ingredients such as fresh cream and butter from the region are used and give our truffles an unmistakable velvety-silky character.
Ingredients
Cream, glucose syrup, butter, sorbic acid, rum, couverture (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, lactose, skimmed milk powder, clarified butter, soya lecithin, barley malt extract, vanillin).
