Florentines
Originally created in the Tuscan city of Florence, Florentines are a true delicacy! They consist of peeled almonds, 100% pure blossom honey as well as confit fruits. They are spread thinly as a mass on the baking tray, baked and then covered by hand with the finest Swiss chocolate.
